DESCRIPTION
Source of carbohydrates to support energy production. Source of calories that helps in weight gain. Helps to maintain performance and promote endurance during sustained (over 60 minutes) and high intensity exercises.
RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. Take 1 measurement up to 3 times daily (no more than one measurement per single dose). Thoroughly mix the product in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Take 45 to 90 minutes before exercise. Take 30 to 60 g of carbohydrates per hour during high intensity exercises.
