Step 1: Generously coat a large nonstick pan with cooking spray, vegetable oil, or butter and heat over medium flame. If using an electric griddle, warm to 375 F . Pan is hot enough when a drop of water sizzles and immediately diseappears off of the surface.
Step 2 : While pan is warming, add 1 scoop of EASY PROTEIN OMELET and 4 ounces of water to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously with a fork for about 30-40 seconds, or until well combined.
Step 3 : Pour mixture into the hot pan, it should set immediately around the edges. Using an inverted spatula, gently push cooked portions from the edges toward the center, allowing uncooked eggs to reach heated pan surface.
Step 4 When top surface has thickened and liquid no longer visible, fold the omelet in half with spatula, and slide onto a plate to serve. Enjoy immediately
