DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: Mix 2 heaping teaspoons (about 10 g) with at least 8 oz.† (235 ml) of water or other fluids once daily, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. †Adjust amount of water to taste.

Cautions and warnings: For adult use only. Do not use if pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medication or other dietary supplements; if you have a liver disorder, a history of kidney stones, an iron deficiency, or an auto-immune disorder; or if you have been diagnosed or are at risk of a blood pressure disorder. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Do not use if you have an allergy/hypersensitivity to sea buckthorn, to members of the Elaeagnaceae family, or to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae family (e.g. daisies). Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract–containing products have been reported. Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upset, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
