DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: Take 2–6 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

WARNINGS
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have been diagnosed with diabetes. Consult an Ayurvedic practitioner prior to use if you have insomnia, fatigue, dryness, or feel cold. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; if you have a kidney or liver disorder. Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding or trying to conceive. Contraindications: Do not take if you have high vata or vata derangement.
